Specially Designed Roller Bearings for Quiet Door Movement

The BBAHI BBCAMMBL BBAHI Catalonia Matte Black Deluxe 180 Degree Bypassing Sliding Door System utilizes a modern top roller fitting that features four rollers on each door for ease of sliding. This quiet, smooth sliding system is made of high quality stainless steel, thus ensuring easy opening and closing of the door. The Cambridge Series Sliding Shower Door System is versatile in design, able to adapt to full standing showers or above bathtubs. A 90 Degree Accessory Kit may be purchased separately for use with 90 degree return panels. Available in either polished stainless steel, brushed stainless steel, or matte black. The Cambridge Sliding System will work with 3/8" or 5/16" (10 or 8 mm) thick tempered glass (not included).

Only use 3/8" tempered safety glass. To prevent damage to the shower unit and fitting finish during installation, use securing/protection tape during installation

Overview

Our popular Catalonia Series Frameless Bypassing Sliding Shower Door Kit offers a modern, low profile design, that includes a rectangular header and round glass rollers. It's engineered for use with 3/8" (10mm) tempered glazing. Each top glass roller requires one 3/4" (19mm) diameter hole in the glass for proper mounting. Precision bearings and wheels also offer a quiet glide experience. One standard size fits most 180 degree inline applications. Our in stock 73" wide kits can be cut to size.

Care & Cleaning Guidelines

For best results, keep the following recommendations in mind when caring for your  shower door hardware. Your shower door should be dried daily with a soft towel or cloth to ensure its original finish. Do not use harsh cleaners or chemicals on the hardware, as many of the components are coated with a clear lacquer that will become damaged beyond repair. Always test your cleaning solution in an inconspicuous area prior to cleaning the entire hardware surface. Wipe surfaces clean using a soft, dampened cloth or sponge, and rinse completely with warm water immediately after applying the cleaning solution. Use only small amounts of liquid, gentle, cleaner. Never use abrasive products, sponges, or wire scrub brushes while cleaning hardware.

Maintenance

BBAHI's Sliding Shower Door Kits have precision bearing and wheels that come factory greased for a silent, hassle-free experience. If there is any noticeable squeaking that occurs after installation it is recommended to apply a few drops of (3 in 1) multi-purpose oil to the precision bearings. The lubricant will penetrate, reducing friction, cleaning grime, and/or buildup. Spray lubricants are prohibited.

Catalonia kits include header track, wall mount fittings, glass rollers, bottom door guide, single sided towel bars, panel stoppers, and jamb seals.
